Hello!
I am Taika Butters, a Tampere-based journalist student. After taking a gap year and traveling in 2022, I began journalism studies in August 2023 at Tampere University. I applied to study journalism, because I believe everyone has a story to be told.
I adore traveling and finding out about different cultures, hence me aiming to become an international journalist -- maybe as a field reporter! In addition to journalism, I am interested in visual journalism, such as documentaries. I have experience in video production and am fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro.
